Originally from the vibrant shores of Puerto Rico. My journey started back in 2009 during my college sophomore days when I dove into the world of Cutco. Armed with a degree in political science and economics, I embarked on a remarkable adventure.
Stepping into leadership early on, I ran my own branch in 2011 and won the prestigious All American Scholarship that fall.
Long Time Experience
Over a dynamic four-year stint as a district manager, I achieved $3.5M in sales, mentoring others to become successful $20k and $30k pushers.
Rewards
I’ve earned company trips to Mexico, Dominican Republic, Hawaii, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, and Panama.
Currently, I proudly serve as a CSP with $750k in personal sales.
Inspired by my husband Darren Gardner during our honeymoon in 2020, I initiated EAS, which has now grown to over 50 offices across four regions with a dedicated team.
Excited about empowering business owners, my focus is on helping managers at different levels achieve their full potential and shift from operators to true entrepreneurs.
Beyond Cutco and EAS, I wear multiple hats – from a three-year stint as a profitability coach with Rising Stock to consulting and managing bookkeeping for 20 Airbnbs in Puerto Rico alongside my parents.
