Could not recommend the peace of mind that EAS has given me for my Admin assistance. I pay for base pay and fast start prizes and knowing that my reps are rewarded and paid ON TIME is so worth it. If you want to save money on base pay review and take a few things off your plate, spend the money, automate your systems, and give yourself more space to be a DM!
I have been working with Grace and EAS for the last (almost) 2 years and it has been fantastic! Being able to free up my time to focus on things that drive the business vs. admin has been a HUGE time and money saver. I've used a few different services with EAS the last 2 years and the biggest benefit is in her base pay program. Grace’s attention to detail and her weekly emails about verified base pay appointments has allowed me to coach my reps easier and more efficiently! She is always great with communication and attention to detail with anything we need! I only wish she had started EAS sooner, this has been a need for so long, I couldn’t recommend it more!

Grace and her team have been so helpful! I love that base pay and fast start are taken care every week. All reps are getting paid and getting their prizes! My staff is not spending 1-2 hours a week doing non result producing activities and have more time to drive results!
It’s the best. There were so many times I would hurt a relationship early on by forgetting to order fast start prizes or forget to show my training class how to submit base pay and someone would slip through the cracks. EAS is a must have for managers. My staff can focus on doing their jobs and growing the office without having to worry about simple “$10-15/hr work” and I know everyone is paid properly. EAS also makes it easy to “keep your hand on the pulse” and Grace is quick to respond with any unique situations (like a rep pops up out of nowhere after a few months and try’s to resubmit a bunch of base pay)
This service helps me so much because I don’t need to spend time or forget submitting my reps pays. Gives me security knowing they are getting paid properly. Massively helps me with confirming demos and saved me a substantial amount of money last year from Grace’s verification.
Working with EAS has been super helpful for me to not have to worry about some admin especially during busy seasons like the summer and winter breaks. Helps me keep track of paying people on time, accurately and get them their fast start prizes without having to do all the tracking myself and instead invest my energy into the big rocks of the business!
If you’re not on EAS you’re either over paying for your businesses admin work or you’re having your assistant managers do it when they could be doing other stuff that drives recruits or sales. OR you’re not doing it meaning not paying base pay properly or not paying fast start prizes on time. That seems like a good idea for the reputation of Cutco in your territory
Proper delegation is what it takes to be a top performing business owner.

Texted her after one month saying the service had already paid for itself. Catcher base pay runners THE FIRST TIME with thorough appointment verification. This makes it nearly impossible for reps to fake demos.

I’ve been using the EAS service for little under a year now, specifically the base pay portion and I love it. Its efficient, structured and at a good price. I used to pay way more in receptionist hours or would take time away from my AMs that they could be working on their PR number. Or I would just pay it all and then had reps with false demo meaning I would pay more in base pay. Since using the program I’ve saved money on Base Pay, lowered rep complaint on not getting base pay on time or the right way. Out of sight and out of mind!

My experience with EAS has been amazing. It’s made my business easier with payroll for my SMRAs, recruiting for my AMs, as well as made it easier to get sample kits back. I’ve added more and more SMRAs and EAS just makes it easy for me to keep track of pay and making sure my team gets paid on time. I love how someone else can coach my team how to Pr call and watch them and give them tips as well as it gets them excited to make more calls. Overall I love how the program helps me to delegate things so I can focus on tiger areas of my business.
Honestly made my life stress free as far as base pay goes my assistant manager send the sheet I see an email a couple days later and know it’s getting verified. Grace catches demos every week and eliminates “base pay runner” and I don’t have to even think about it. Normally I would just put the demos in even if I thought there was no was because I didn’t have time in my schedule or want to verify demos. Overall has allowed me to focus on the things that actually matter in my business.
Having you take care of the base pay is so helpful and allows me to focus on other parts of my business. You do a great job of verifying appointments if needed and communicating with me any questions/concerns about appointments. Very glad I haven’t had to worry about doing base pay for my office for almost a year now 🙂
