We don’t do any contracts, you can add or eliminate your services on a month to month basis. You can also split up the payments into four weeks.
Your reps will turn in base pay on Mondays at midnight through the website. You’re going to receive an email on Tuesdays with all of the reps that turned in base pay. I’ll verify any QPRs with 4 no sales or more, submit the base pay on VC and send you a Base Pay report in an email with the verification results on Thursday mornings. If there are any base pays over $100 I’ll email it to the Region.
Receive google form with all reps that launched from training with their first weekend CPO, total CPO for the Fast Start and PR Collection. All you do is select the prizes they won from a drop down menu and I’ll submit it for you on Vectorconnect.
We’ll provide you with a Character Reference Google form for you to provide to your training class. Then you’ll approve who you want us to reach out to through a google form and we’ll send you a sample kit collection report on Wednesdays with the update on each rep.
You’ll
have four hours per month to use on one or a combination of the
following: watching a PR calling shift, observing interviews, sales
workshop, one on one with a PR caller to observe her shift, PR Caller
training or a recorded KO meeting for your office. These hours expire at
the end of the campaign.
